Your opinion on my design
Hey there..!
I'm pretty new to this little but awesome cms. Mostly I've been designing templates for tbdev.net users and for some paid clients.

Very nice!
It's colorfull but not busy.
The eyecatcher is the banner, then the logo, then the menu structure. Backside of the thumb-turn over could use a little bit more off white or grey to emphasize the 3D effect.
