Could not update from 4.6.3 to 4.6.4

I did exactly what guide said:
http://www.pluck-cms.org/docs/docs:update:4.6

And nothing.
It's still show me 4.6.3 version.

I use theme: Biz watch
and Hebrew translation.

This mean you didnt upload new files.

"4.6.3" text is in variables.all.php file. And you didnt overwriten this file if you still see 4.6.3 version.
