Hi,
When I try to upload pictures for the website, the procedure runs correctly until the actual picture has to show as uploaded; I press 'upload' and seemingly the picture uploads, but when the computer is done processing, the picture does'nt show, and therefore I can't use it.
What could be the cause of this?
I am using Pluck v. 4.6.2, and maybe I should upgrade to 4.7? If this is the case, I am not quite sure, how to execute the following point of action (taken from your update guide):
"Upload the files
Then, you'll have to upload all files to your pluck installation. Make sure your FTP-client overwrites all existing files, and keeps all other files intact."
I am quite new with this, so I hope you bear with me.
Best regards

There are lots of situations that can cause your problem. Do you experience this problem with all pictures, or just with a few? Maybe the files are too big (all servers have a file-size upload limit)? Can you try with a much smaller picture? etc.

Try using FileZilla. Just drag all the new files onto your server space, and then FileZilla will ask you what to do with existing files. Then you can say you want to overwrite existing files. That should do the trick.

Thank you.
The problem occurs with all pictures; regardless of size (the smallest i have tried is 17 kb).
I will try upgrading to the 4.7.
Best regards

Oh, also check if your "images" folder is writable (right permissions).
If your problem still occurs after upgrading to 4.7, please post a bug report on Launchpad, and attach a few pictures that didn't work for you.
