Converted theme's

We've converted 4 or 5 themes to 4.7
Is there any need for them? and would you like me to upload those for all users?

Added 2, i uploaded another one but don't know the license structure and didnt had a screenshot. Maybe you can add/fix that? it's bananaleaf.zip?
